Harley Davidson involved in social network trademark dispute

The Journal Sentinel has an interesting story on Harley Davidson claiming trademark infringement on HarleySpace.com. The site is 6 weeks old and has retained a lawyer that represents the Hell's Angel's Motorcycle Club. The annals of internet history are full of trademark and domain disputes. We'll keep an eye on this story and see what comes of it.

That Ad was Where?!?!?! - Great Display Ad Event Last Night

Thanks to our presenters, attendees and board members for making the Transparency in Display Advertising event last night a success. Eric Greener from ExactDrive walked through some poorly (to say the least) ads from brands and political candidates. These examples highlighted the need for transparency and if it is available, the review of your placements.
